How to set working hours in outlook

Accessing the Calendar

Setting Your Working Hours

To view your working hours in your calendar, click on the “View” tab and select “Work Week” or “Work Week (5 days)” from the “Arrange” section. This will show your working hours in a different color, making it easier to see when you are available for meetings and appointments.
